Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid digital documents (such as the “Pro itinerary” PDF) purchased on closeflight.com. Free features of the Service are not covered by this Policy because no payment is made.
1. Nature of the Product
Paid documents are digital products generated and delivered instantly after payment. Because the product is personalized to the details you enter and delivered immediately, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
2. When You Are Entitled to a Refund
We will refund your purchase in full if:
- You paid but the document was not delivered (for example, a technical error prevented the PDF from being generated or downloaded), and we cannot deliver it within a reasonable time after you contact us;
- The delivered document is materially defective (corrupted file, missing or wrong data that does not match what you entered) and we cannot correct it;
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
3. When a Refund Is Not Provided
- The document was delivered correctly and matches the details you entered, but you changed your mind or no longer need it;
- Errors in the document caused by incorrect details you entered (you may regenerate a document with corrected details instead);
- A visa refusal or any other third-party decision — as stated in our Terms, documents are samples for planning purposes and we do not guarantee any visa outcome.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at tesstvisaz@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order/transaction reference and a short description of the problem. We reply to refund requests within a few business days.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers acting as merchant of record (such as Paddle.com or Lemon Squeezy). Approved refunds are issued by the payment provider to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount may take several business days to appear.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
